How to Order

Atlantis 2000

Atlantis 2000 is a unique graphics/math software product designed for problem solving in industry and education. Its user-interface does not require learning complicated syntax and is very intuitive to use. You select a process, input your parameters in a graphical environment, and click a button to generate the desired result. Atlantis consists of fourteen components for 2D/3D graphing and mathematical computing. Atlantis’s MDI (Multiple Document Interface) allows you to open many different or same components simultaneously. In addition, communication between graphing and math components allows for instant visual representation of the output data.

Features

Graphing

The Graphing component graphs both 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional functions. Graphs can display multiple functions, parametric functions, and/or plotted points for 2-dimensional graphs, and you may specify the color of each function. Additionally, 3-dimensional graphs can be rotated. A very flexible parser provides the user with a simple way to enter complex functions or expressions. The graphing component also allows for import of (x,y) points from a user-specified delimited file and displays the curve. This option provides use of data generated by other means or software packages.

User-Interface

Atlantis has a very unique user-interface, allowing you to simply enter parameters and get results. Use Atlantis’s Multiple Document Interface to simultaneously work with many of the same or different components! The user-interface is so intuitive to use, and no complicated syntax is needed, so you can get started working with Atlantis immediately!

Curve-Fitting

The Curve-Fitting component takes an input set of (x,y) data points and then fits the desired type of curve over the points. Select from Variable-Order Polynomial, Exponential, Logarithmic, Inverse, Power, Spline, and many more. Also, the closest function to your set of points will be returned.

Statistic

The Statistics component allows you to input a set of one-dimensional or two-dimensional data points. You may then perform any of the following actions: sort your data, calculate statistical parameters, apply regression and/or apply the curve-fitting component to your points, generate random numbers, or Obtain a visual representation of your data.

Differentiation

The Differentiation component calculates the first, second, and third derivatives of a function evaluated over a specified interval. You can then choose to graph the calculated points with the Graphing component.

Integration

The Integration component can calculate definite single, double, or triple integrals using the Romberg and Gauss methods. Additionally, you can use the Trapezoid and Simpson methods to integrate over a table of function values.

Summations & Products

The Summations & Products component performs summations, products, and a mix of the two. You can perform up to a combination of four summations and products with up to four variables.

Special Functions

The Special Functions component evaluates many special functions such as Gamma, Beta, Legendre, and Bessel functions (and many more!) over a specified interval. You then have the option of graphing the generated points and obtaining a visual representation of your special function.

Expression Evaluator

The Expression Evaluator allows you to input any mathematical expression, with or without variables, and obtain the calculated result. The ease of entering expressions and setting variable values makes it an enjoyable and simple way to calculate long, complicated expressions in addition to simple ones.

Scientific Calculator

In addition to the Expression Evaluator, Atlantis offers a scientific calculator to perform calculations like an ordinary scientific calculator.

Complex Calculator

The Complex Calculator allows you to perform calculations on complex numbers.
