Extended Plotting Capabilities

With KaleidaGraph 4.0 you can break an axis, move axes and drag the x and y axes away from the plot.
Broken Axis
Axes can now be broken to allow a user to easily show a graph that contains large gaps in data. Linear and log scales can be used on both sides of the break.
Moveable Axis
Axes can now be moved and placed at a set value.
Offset Axis
Offset axes can now be created by dragging the x and y axes away from the plot. Two axes can even be positioned on the same side of the plot.

Enhanced Data Window
The KaleidaGraph data window has been completely redesigned allowing for greater flexibility when probing technical data. Columns and rows can be ndependently resized. The data window can be split into multiple panes allowing several slices of data to be viewed simultaneously. With the addition of a new toolbar, key operations such as font changes, style changes, color changes and alignment changes can be performed quickly and easily.
New Tabbed Dialogs
The new release also contains a refined and reorganized interface including tabbed dialogs which provide intuitive access to plot settings and variable choices. A new preview feature takes the guesswork out of modifying plots by allowing scientists to preview plot changes before they take affect.

Error Bars. Add error bars to your plot where the error can be specified in a data column or can be calculated by KaleidaGraph.
Precise Curve Fitting. Apply a variety of curve fits to your plot. We supply 9 generic fits, including Least Squares (Linear) Regression and Smoothing fits, plus a library of over 100 industry-specific formulas. Utilize one of these predefined fits or enter your own equation to fit your data. All fits are calculated with incredible speed and accuracy.
